The 28th Chelsea International Fine Art Competition, sponsored by Agora Gallery, will open on February 12th. The awards, are specifically chosen to help artists advance their careers and to maximize exposure to collectors and the New York art scene. They include: participation in an exhibition in the heart of New York’s famous fine art district; online promotion on ARTmine; an artist profile to be published in the fine art magazine ARTisSpectrum; cash prizes. There is a $35 entry fee for up to 5 images; $5 for each additional image. The juror of the 2013 competition is well-known writer, reporter and art critic Anthony Haden-Guest Deadline: March 19th.
