Hello
I am trying to identify the artist who created the pastel painting shown. For a perspective on size, the round opening measures 9 1/2" across. I believe it is signed "Austen" and my thought was that it may be a work of Cassandra, sister of noted author Jane. This work was purchased at a recent estate auction in New Hampshire.
