This is my very first post, and I'm hoping that a member might be able to help identify the artist who created the attached work. I'm quite certain it is a watercolor, but it also has the impression characteristic of an engraving. The image measures 6" x 8 1/8", and the paper does not fluoresce (which, if I understand correctly, dates it to pre-1940).
