can anyone tell me the name of the artist who paints in small shapes inside a grid and when you step back from the image, instead of seeing lots of little tiny shapes, you see one whole image?

Ive been racking my brain on who this might be but cannot remember. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
