looking for info on drawing

I'm brand new to this forum, I'm actually looking for some information for my aunt.
I'm wondering if anyone know anything about the artist H. P. Kimball. She made a set of four charcoal drawings, one of which my aunt has happened upon. The drawings are of African-Americans. There is a reference to it on a website:

It is mentioned on the bottom just above the "index to the inventory". It's item P-214/3-6.
That's all I really have to come up with. I will take a pic with my digital camera tomorrow and if anyone has clue as to anything about this drawing, I will post it on my site. Just contact me. [e-mail]

No matter how hard I tried I couldn't find anything. Can you tell a bit more about this Artist?
