I need help in identifying an artist. I believe it's an Isreali artist and the medium is watercolor. It appears to be a series of the Western Wall in Jerusalem "Kotel". I cannot make out the artist's signature. The first initial is S. and the last name starts with a V.

I would like to research this, but do not know where to begin. Any resources would be helpful.

Hi,

I am planning to give my brother Birthday Gifts.
