You'd be well served not to copy other drawings (or anything, for that matter) Copying a skeleton or anatomicly accurate muscle structure can be beneficial, but copying other drawings make for stagnent work. This sketch shows you have some pencil control and mabye an eye for detail, but that's about it. It has no life. I would suggest learing the langauge of line through studies and quick sketches. It would be wise for you to learn the difference between descriptive and definitive line.
Definitive line - look at Michelangelo, Delecroix, Ingre, and Giaccometti drawings (for example.)
Descriptive line - what your doing, and what most do (myself included) when first starting out.
