Does anyone know the artist of this painting?

Hi there,

A few months ago I purchased this painting from a travelling art student. I don't really know much about art, but he told me that this painting is a Picasso replica. I don't know what the name of the painting is called either and I was hoping someone might know?

The painting is supposedly of Picasso's mother sitting at the corner of a table. If you tilt you head to the side, her blouse is actually a fish which is engulfing her.

If anyone knows anything about this painting, your response would be much appreciated.
